Reports

Across the years there have been varying requirements for reports and different styles used. As broken out below, these reports fall into three general categories. Use the links below to access these items.

Committee meeting minutes: June 3, 2003 - December 11, 2008 (minutes for June and October 2005, and March 2006 are not available). Starting in December 2020, recordings of EPC meetings have been made available on the EPC YouTube channel.
Committee quarterly reports: Starting in November 2006, council committees submit a combination of a summary report of their activities in the preceding quarter and/or an annual accomplishments reports a week prior to the council meetings -- these reports are compiled and posted for timely public notice of committee activities in lieu of minutes. For the period of January 2013 through December 2015, leadership of Minnesota Geospatial Advisory Council thoroughly reworked the format and submission schedule for committee reports. No committee reports were filed during this time. See this reference.
Committee annual accomplishments reports: This folder contains several types of annual reports which have been sporadically required over the last two decades.
